Welcome to Conscious Living and any and all programs associated with this brand including "Activate - Your Dream Life Is Calling" (the “Program”). By purchasing or participating in the Course, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants in the Course, including but not limited to users, customers, and any others who access the Course.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Program. By enrolling you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Course Content

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, worksheets, webinars, and other materials (the “Content”), is the intellectual property of Anna Krajacic or also known as (Anna Kay) of "Conscious Living" and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the Content without prior written permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for the Course must be made in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified such as a payment installment options. Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with the purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid. The Course fee is non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified under specific refund policies which may be offered for the Course.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. If you choose a monthly installment plan you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided.

5. Access to the Course

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the Course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in the Course.

6. User Conduct

You agree to participate in the Course in a respectful and constructive manner. Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct, may result in removal from the Course without refund.

7. Confidentiality

The Course may involve discussions and information shared by other participants. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to share it outside the Course environment.

8. Disclaimer

The Course is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. The results of the Course are not guaranteed, and your success depends on your own efforts and circumstances

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Conscious Living] shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your participation in the Course or use of the Content.

12. Client Responsibility

Products developed by [Conscious Living] are for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that the client is 100% responsible for their progress, commitment and dedication to the materials offered and the results of any products purchased under the [Conscious Living] banner. Client understands that their results may vary significantly between students. Client acknowledges that with any programs offered there is a risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that the client will reach their goals as a result of participation in products developed by [Conscious Living].
